The timing of services are only estimated as they are dependent on weather. Applications are applied using Ground Logic machines to ensure that all lawns are applied with the correct amount of fertilizer and weed control.

The Maintenance program includes our basic five applications of fertilizer and broadleaf control (weather permitting). The process starts with a crabgrass pre-emergence designed to prevent crabgrass and other unwanted grassy weeds from germinating in the lawn. The second, third, and fourth application include a 50% slow release, dry granular fertilizer combined with a liquid broadleaf weed control. The final application is a winterizer that helps the lawn store nutrients through the dormancy stages of winter, helping the lawn to a quicker green-up in the spring.

The premium program includes the 4 basic applications of fertilizer and broadleaf control in addition to a grub preventative, that protects against grub damage.

The premium plus program includes the 4 basic applications of fertilizer and broadleaf control in addition to a grub preventative or summer application, and spring or fall aeration.

We also offer additional services such as seeding, perimeter pest control, termite control, and plant health services.
